鋁熔煉爐是根據鋁熔煉工藝而開發的一種新型高效節能熔鋁爐，它能很好地滿足鋁熔煉工藝中，合金成份要求嚴，達到了降低消耗，減小燒損，低碳環保、提高產品質量，降低勞動強度，改善勞動條件和提高生產效率之功效，適用于間歇作業，配合金及回爐料多的熔煉。采用高效節能燃燒器為熱源，具有點火易，升溫快，噴速高，燃燒安全，空氣過剩系數小等特點。

擠壓
新粵亞鋁業具備多種不同噸位的擠壓機臺， 由600T- 2500T不等。全部采用伺服型材擠壓機控制系統通過伺服驅動器控制伺服電機工作，再由伺服電機控制油泵工作，進而控制擠壓機主機工作，整個控制過程采用伺服控制，可有效地降低型材擠壓機的能耗20%～30%，提高擠壓速度精度從而提高了生產效率。

熱流在爐內往復循環，爐溫均勻性好，無噪聲，無環境污染，蓄熱性小，熱量流失少，控溫精度高，爐溫均勻性強，密封性好，安全可靠。
全自動臥式氧化電泳線：
我司擁有一條大型全自動臥式氧化電泳線， 年生產量高達24000噸。 對比傳統的氧化線，全自動鋁型材表面處理設備的優點：
1. 產品質量穩定：定時間進行控制整理型材,顏色、膜厚等質量可以得到保證;
2. 節能減排：減少廢水產生和用水量,減輕廢水處理負擔;縮減槽液消耗;
3. 生產操作人員少：通過自動模式進行自動處理,生產過程中不需要操作其它設備;
4. 設備運行模式：全自動、半自動、手動、自動+半自動、自動+手動;
5. 生產量大：針對大批量生產的需要;
6. 操作簡單：只需要上料時輸入相關數據,之后的運行則不需要人進行干預。

我司擁有一條全自動立式噴粉線，年產量達24000噸，前處理采用德國進口無絡處理，同時可滿足國家環保標準和保證產品質量。 設備優勢：
1. 全自動化控制：工件從坯料至噴涂成品下料為全自動化控制
2. 能耗低：固化爐采用方爐設計，熱源使用率達到最高，節能達15%以上。
3. 節約人工：采用自動化控制，減少工人勞動強度，減少人為失誤問題。
4. 粉末消耗低：一次上粉率高，工件表面膜厚均勻，表面光滑平整。
