新粵(yue)亞鋁業(ye)具備多種不(bu)同噸位的(de)擠(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)臺， 由(you)600T- 2500T不(bu)等。全部采用伺(si)服型(xing)材擠(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)系統通過伺(si)服驅動(dong)器控(kong)制(zhi)伺(si)服電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)，再由(you)伺(si)服電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)油(you)泵工作(zuo)，進而(er)(er)控(kong)制(zhi)擠(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)主機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)，整個控(kong)制(zhi)過程采用伺(si)服控(kong)制(zhi)，可有效(xiao)地降低型(xing)材擠(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)能耗(hao)20%～30%，提高擠(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)速度精度從而(er)(er)提高了生(sheng)產效(xiao)率。
