擠壓
新粵亞鋁業具備多種不同噸位的擠壓機臺， 由600T- 2500T不等。全部采用伺服型材擠壓機控制系統通過伺服驅動器控制伺服電機工作，再由伺服電機控制油泵工作，進而控制擠壓機主機工作，整個控制過程采用伺服控制，可有效地降低型材擠壓機的能耗20%～30%，提高擠壓速度精度從而提高了生產效率。
